Sample Menus


Entrée' options:

Roast chicken stuffed with fresh herbs
or
Chicken Piccata

Sides A:
Roasted, mashed butternut squash with garlic and sage
or
Pureed parsnips with garlic and rosemary infused cream

Sides B:
Wilted spinach with bacon
or
Steamed green beans with tasted slivered almonds

Sweets:
Baked pears with fresh cream and brown sugar butter
or
Roasted plums with rum raisins

Ummm... yes please... all of the above... in mass quantities... really it all sounds great so don't look to me to decide :)

Thanks for feedback, Kate! I do so love those pears but I really want to try the plums, too. We may just have to have both!
